Description:
Dell Resolution Assistant v2 was a web-based application that allowed customers to resolve technical issues without contacting Dell technical support. The application offered troubleshooting tools and support information for the most common call drivers. It aimed to reduce technical support calls and enhance the overall customer experience. I designed this interface using Photoshop, and the CPG development team provided the framework and programming.
